چکیده
Introduction The objective of this study was to explore the role Curcumin (CUR) in control renal cell carcinoma (RCC) as well molecular mechanism underlying effect CUR. Material and methods Real-time PCR, Western-blot analysis, immunohistochemistry (IHC) assay, luciferase assay were utilized detect Results Mesoscale nanoparticles (particles) could be safely preferentially accumulated kidney a dose-dependent manner, specific localization particles reached its maximum level at dose 25 mg/kg. Treatment with CUR alleviated RCC by up-regulating expression H19 miR-675 while down-regulating HDAC1 HDAC6 rats. Furthermore, regulation explored, it revealed that increased via increasing translational efficiency promoter. Therefore, treatment levels mRNAs reducing HDAC6. According computational both direct targets downstream miR-675, mimics decrease activity cells transfected wild-type 3’UTR. In addition, but not CTCF reduced protein Nevertheless, promoter, decreased CTCF. Conclusions study, we suggested affect prognosis establishing negative feedback loop H19/miR-675/HDAC/CTCF.

Dyspnea as the First Manifestation of Silent Renal Cell Carcinoma
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) accounts for only 3% of adult malignancies, and the lung is the most common site of metastasis of this tumor, which may be accompanied by pleural metastasis. However, solitary pleural involvement is very rare and its presentation with dyspnea as the first manifestation of RCC is extremely rare.We describe a 39-year-old male with episodes of dyspnea dating back 6...
متن کاملCaspase-1 activity affects AIM2 speck formation/stability through a negative feedback loop
The inflammasome is an innate immune signaling platform leading to caspase-1 activation, maturation of pro-inflammatory cytokines and cell death. Recognition of DNA within the host cytosol induces the formation of a large complex composed of the AIM2 receptor, the ASC adaptor and the caspase-1 effector. Francisella tularensis, the agent of tularemia, replicates within the host cytosol. The macr...
متن کاملQuick Score and H-Score Assessment of P504s (AMACR) Expression in Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) and Relation with Histologic Grade
Background and Aims: P504S (AMACR) is a mitochondrial enzyme expressed in renal cell carcinoma. Some of immunohistochemical markers in renal cell tumors are independent prognostic factor and show relation with histologic grading. AMACR expression increases with higher histological grading in different tumors; however, in RCC it is not obvious. In this study, we tried to investigate if ...
